Yasser Salem
Yasser Salem co-founded and is Managing Partner of The S&T Group. Prior to The S&T Group, Yasser was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York and Dubai, where he focused on Corporate Finance and Strategy. Yasser held several positions within the financial services industry, including investment banking and buy-side investing.

Yasser's interests including college student professional development. He is a frequent speaker at universities across the United States. Yasser served as a Program Manager with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, a non-profit organization which recruits, trains, and places outstanding minority college students in substantive financial services internships with top-tier Wall Street firms. He also served on the Advisory Board of the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he was part of the student professional development committee.

Yasser's interests also include Arabic language studies. He co-founded and served on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Knowledge & Development, a non-profit organization and New York City's first full-time Arabic language institute.

Yasser holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated with honors. He will pursue a Master in Business Administration degree at the Harvard Business School beginning fall of 2008.

Omar Taha
Omar Taha co-founded The S&T Group in 2006. Prior to The S&T Group, Omar was a corporate advisor with Bank of America in New York, where he advised Multinational Corporations, such as Pepsi and Mars, in regards to international capital risks. Omar held several positions within the financial services industry, including M&A Advisory and Consulting.

In the past several years, Omar has been involved in several internet startups in the Middle East. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wizeefa.com, the Middle East.s first dedicated career aggregator. He was also a co-founder of the online magazine, the Dinar Standard, reader's forum.

Omar also serves as a Middle East Advisor to the endowment committee at New York University. At this position, he currently acts as a liaison between Arab Gulf donors and the university and has advised the university on overall Middle East fund raising strategy and execution. Additionally, Omar frequently speaks at American Universities and forums raising awareness on Middle East business practices.

Omar holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance and a minor in Middle Eastern Studies from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he was part of Stern's prestigious Honors program. He completed his honor's thesis on the effects of energy deregulation on utility firms' capital structure.

Omar is married and has one son.
