Step II – Evaluating Prospects
  • Contact qualified prospects
  • Evaluate potential candidates through rigorous resume screening and personal interviews. The S&T Group conducts a thorough background evaluation on all prospects through various reference sources
  • Contact the client to review the background of potential candidates
 
Step III – Matching
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback for both the client and candidate
  • Assist in final candidate selection and compensation negotiations
  • Follow up with all participants involved in the search
